At Babynine Fertility, we understand that every family’s journey to parenthood is unique. Our experienced team is committed to offering compassionate, high-quality, and personalized fertility care through advanced treatments designed to meet your individual needs. Here’s an overview of our comprehensive services:

Our center is founded on 4 essential pillars to support your path to parenthood: Natural Fertility Process, Assisted Reproductive Treatments (ART), precision-driven Surgical Interventions for ART, and cutting-edge technologies that maximize success rates. Together, these pillars offer a comprehensive range of advanced, personalized treatments, providing compassionate, effective care tailored to each family’s unique fertility needs.

Natural Fertility Process

At Babynine Fertility & IVF Centre, we offer specialized treatments to support your natural fertility process, including Natural Cycle Monitoring and Ovulation Induction.

Natural Cycle: We offer Natural Cycle Monitoring to track your body's natural ovulation process, optimizing the timing for conception without the use of fertility medications. This gentle, non-invasive approach is ideal for couples seeking a natural path to pregnancy while benefiting from medical guidance.

Ovulation Induction: For those experiencing irregular or absent ovulation, our Ovulation Induction treatment uses carefully monitored medications to stimulate the ovaries, encouraging the release of healthy eggs. This method increases the chances of conception, whether through natural intercourse or assisted techniques.

Assisted Reproductive Treatment (ART)

Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) is a simple and effective fertility treatment designed to enhance your chances of pregnancy. During this minimally invasive procedure, prepared sperm is directly placed into the uterus at the optimal time of ovulation. IUI is often recommended for couples facing unexplained infertility, mild male factor infertility, or cervical mucus issues. Our expert team provides personalized care, ensuring a supportive and comfortable experience throughout the process.

In Vitro Fertilization (IVF/ICSI) IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) is a widely recognized fertility treatment that involves the fertilization of eggs with sperm outside the body in a controlled laboratory environment. This process is ideal for couples dealing with various infertility issues, such as advanced maternal age, blocked fallopian tubes, or severe male infertility.

ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) is a specialized form of IVF that involves injecting a single sperm directly into an egg, enhancing the chances of fertilization in cases of male infertility. Our state-of-the-art laboratory and experienced team ensure the highest quality care and optimal conditions for fertilization and embryo development.

Donor Services At Babynine, we provide comprehensive Donor Services to support couples requiring donor eggs, sperm, or embryos. Our donor program is designed to ensure confidentiality, safety, and quality. Each donor undergoes thorough screening to guarantee the health and suitability of the donated material.

We understand the emotional journey involved in using donor services, and our compassionate team is here to guide you through the process with sensitivity and care. We work closely with you to help you make informed decisions that align with your family-building goals.

Cryopreservation is an advanced technique used to freeze sperm, eggs, and embryos at sub-zero temperatures, preserving them for future use. This process supports fertility preservation for a variety of needs. There are three primary types of cryopreservation: Egg Freezing, Semen Freezing, and Embryo Freezing.

At Babynine Fertility & IVF Centre, we are committed to providing you with personalized treatment options and unwavering support on your journey to parenthood. Our expert team is here to help you every step of the way.

Surgical Interventions for Art

SURGICAL SPERM RETRIEVAL
When traditional sperm collection is not feasible due to medical or personal reasons, minor surgical techniques are available to retrieve sperm directly. Conditions such as azoospermia, low sperm count, and reduced sperm motility may require these advanced procedures. Our center offers several specialized options for surgical sperm retrieval, including:

  • PESA – Percutaneous Epididymal Sperm Aspiration
  • TESA / TESE – Testicular Sperm Aspiration / Testicular Sperm Extraction
  • MESA – Micro-Epididymal Sperm Aspiration
  • Micro-TESE – Microdissection Testicular Sperm Extraction
These methods ensure a tailored, effective approach to support fertility outcomes.

Surgical Interventions to Enhance ART Success
While IVF success rates continue to rise, reproductive surgery remains a valuable complementary approach for many couples. In some cases, surgery can be the first line of treatment, effectively addressing infertility issues and improving outcomes for Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART). Key surgical procedures supporting fertility treatments include:
  • Hysteroscopy
  • Laparoscopy
  • Myomectomy (removal of fibroids)
  • Cystectomy (removal of ovarian cysts)
These procedures can help correct underlying conditions, promoting a higher success rate in ART treatments.

Advanced Technologies to Boost Success Rates

Ovarian Rejuvenation
This therapy is designed to stimulate the growth of new eggs in women with premature ovarian failure, commonly known as early menopause. Techniques such as PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), BMDC (Bone Marrow-Derived Cells), and OTA (Ovarian Tissue Activation) are utilized to help these patients conceive.

Laser-Assisted Hatching
Using a focused infrared laser, this technique removes a small section of the embryo's outer wall (zona pellucida), helping the embryo hatch more easily and increasing the chances of successful implantation.

Reproductive Genetic Screening

  • PGT-A (Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidies): Screens for chromosomal abnormalities by removing a few cells from the embryo in the IVF lab, reducing the risk of genetic disorders.
  • PGT-M (Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Monogenic Disorders): Screens for serious genetic defects in embryos, allowing individuals with specific hereditary conditions to prevent passing these on to their offspring.
DNA Fragmentation (DFR)
The DNA Fragmentation Rate test identifies the percentage of DNA damage in sperm, providing insight into sperm health and assisting in the selection of viable sperm for fertilization.

Blastocyst Culture and Transfer
A blastocyst, an embryo cultured in the lab for 5-6 days post-fertilization, has a higher implantation potential (up to 50-60%) than earlier-stage embryos. Transferring a single blastocyst reduces the likelihood of multiple births, increasing the chance of a healthy singleton pregnancy.

Acupuncture in Fertility Treatment
This traditional Chinese practice supports fertility by improving blood flow to reproductive organs, balancing hormones, and reducing stress, all of which can enhance conception potential.

Regenerative Medicine
This innovative approach helps regenerate, repair, or replace damaged cells in ovarian tissue. Regenerative therapies using stem cells have shown promise in restoring ovarian function and egg production in women with premature ovarian failure.

Microfluidics in Male Fertility
Microfluidic technology offers a solution for cases involving male infertility due to poor semen quality. This modern approach has significantly improved outcomes in addressing male fertility issues, thereby enhancing overall treatment success.
